Quality Touch Contracting was built on a simple observation: New York building owners have plenty of contractors to choose from, but very few they can actually rely on. We set out to be the second kind. Based in Ardsley and working across all five boroughs, we’ve grown by doing unglamorous things consistently, answering the phone, showing up with the right paperwork, and finishing what we start.

What We Do

We’re a general contractor with a specialty in the health of commercial buildings: construction and renovations, building and roofing inspections, special inspection support, and exterior waterproofing. Because we both build and inspect, we see problems from both sides. We know what failing work looks like because we know what correct work takes.
